2016 Is the Year of The Architecture Registration Exam!

Here we are Guys. ARE 5.0 is planned to be released at the end of the year. NCARB has released a ton of information about ARE 5.0, but there is still a great deal of information that has not yet been announced.

As we kick off 2016, the upcoming ARE 5.0 transition is forcing all ARE Candidates into 2 categories this year.   Those are:

  1. ARE Candidates who are just beginning (or haven’t completed more than 3 exams) who need to complete CDS, PPP and SPD before June 2018.
  2. ARE Candidates who have completed 3 or more exams, who need to complete their remaining ARE 4.0 exams before June 2018.

No one will be allowed to take their first exam in ARE 4.0 starting November 1st, 2016.

Six Tips for 2016
