The exterior is almost done. Interior still needs alot of work. I'm starting phase 2 which is adding a shop area and ADU. Contractor is doing a awesome job.

 

Heres a photo from January when they were just getting started with the framing. We added 2 additions on both sides of the house, about 900 sf total.
