Finding Font-astic New Fonts!

Fonts 2

In the past, I wrote a blog post about a really cool tool that lets you try out all the fonts that are preloaded into your computer by seeing them all on one big webpage. I love this tool and use it all the time. Finding the perfect font couldn’t be any easier.

Recently, I posted a  new blogpost every single day on Young Architect. It was pretty intense challenge for myself and uring that time I wrote and photoshopped a ton of images. I don’t remember how I found it but I discovered another really helpful resource around fonts.

Similarly, to wordmark, 1001 Fonts lets you test out all the different fonts, except all these fonts are also available to download for free! And there are a ton of really good ones too!

Let me explain that again…

Wordmark. It lets you test out the fonts that are already preloaded into your computer.

1001 Fonts lets you test out thousands of fonts that you can then easily download and install once you find the right one.

Ironically with thousands of fonts to choose from I later learned I kept choosing the Fonts I had previously picked for other projects.

I hope this helps with your design work and any font choosing you have to do in the future.

Oh Wait.

I almost forgot. Here is the Architect hand lettering font.

Architect Font

The Architect’s Daughter is also an excellent font too.
