The firm is seeking to add a senior level architect, with more than 15 years experience, to its team. Qualified candidates should present at least five years of experience in both custom home and a variety of non-residential projects, as well as a passion for sustainability. She/he should be a self-sufficient, independent worker, and have the ability to think about projects strategically. Mastery of AutoCAD is required, proficiency in Sketchup and the Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. Responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining project budgets, fostering strong client and contractor relationships, mentoring junior staff and providing solid quality control on all projects. This position will incorporate all phases of design and project management including program development, planning, design and documentation, team coordination, assembling construction documents and construction phase services.
